Lukovskaya Banya is located in the south of Serbia, on the eastern slopes of Mount Kopaonik. It is located at an altitude of 681 m above sea level and is the highest health resort in Serbia. Based on research by the Institute of Hydrogeology of Serbia, there are 28 springs and wells in Lukovska Bana with water temperatures ranging from 28 to 68°C. According to its composition, medicinal waters are slightly alkaline (pH 6.5) and belong to the category of sodium-calcium-hydrocarbonate and hydrogen sulfide hyperthermal waters.
